Shipping

Auto Parts

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 AUD, excluding items weighing over 5 kg and deliveries to regional or remote areas, including Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania.
  • Most orders are dispatched on the same business day if placed before 2:00 pm AEST, Monday to Friday, once payment has been received and cleared.
  • Where possible, multiple items will be combined into one shipment to reduce shipping costs.
  • If part of your order is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. Available items may be shipped first, with the remaining items dispatched once they become available.
  • If your delivery address falls outside our courier network or incurs additional freight charges, we will contact you before dispatch to arrange payment of the additional shipping cost.

Please note: If purchasing multiple items, we recommend using the "Add to Cart" option instead of "Buy Now" to ensure combined shipping where applicable.

Shipping costs for machinery vary depending on the delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unfitted and undamaged.
  • The item is returned in a clean, resalable condition.
  • All original accessories and components are included.
  • The item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a part is suitable for your vehicle, please contact Embertek before purchasing. Returns resulting from incorrect vehicle selection will be treated as a change-of-mind return and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Items that have been fitted, installed, used, modified or damaged are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Sale, clearance and discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Returns, refunds and replacements will only be processed for the original purchaser or verified account holder.

A 20% restocking fee, plus any applicable return shipping costs, will apply where the customer has ordered the incorrect item or no longer requires the item, provided the product supplied matches the order and product description.

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted unless covered under warranty or Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to our error or the product is covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Embertek is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.

This Returns & Refunds Policy is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
