2022 Infiniti QX55 Debuts Boasting Exceptional Design, High-Tech Features
The 2022 Infiniti QX55 fastback compact crossover debuts featuring a coupe-like design and numerous high-tech and luxurious features. Based on the squareback QX50, it should hit the dealerships in April, wearing an initial price tag of $47,525. Once out, it will rival against the likes of BMW X4 and Mercedes-Benz GLC-class coupe, both of which have a starting price tag of more than $50,000.
The 2022 Infiniti QX55 is accessible in three trim levels, namely Luxe, Essential, and Sensory. All the models feature a standard all-wheel-drive configuration. The sole engine is a variable-compression turbocharged four-cylinder creating 268 horsepower. Its big brother QX50 comes with both front and all-wheel-drive layout.
Other standard features in the entry-level model include a pair of 20-inch wheels, wireless Apple CarPlay, a sunroof, heated front seats, aluminum interior trim, and a Wi-Fi hotspot.
The mid-level Essential variant costs $52,625 and brings more facilities on the table, such as a navigation system, heated and cooled front seats, a 360-degree camera, and a 16-speaker Bose sound system. Those looking to enjoy more advanced safety tech systems can opt for $800 ProASSIST package. It adds LED headlights, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring and other facilities.
The range-topping Sensory boasts a semi-aniline leather interior with wood trim, ambient lighting and lots of other features for $58,075.
The 2022 Infiniti QX55 should be available in most parts of the world in the next two months. Infiniti plans to introduce various new products this year, including the new three-row QX60 SUV.
